A career driven by technique.

Born in Goiás, Brazil, Nanci Cardoso began her professional career at 16 in São Paulo. Training at a Japanese school, together with experience in some of the city's most respected professional environments, shaped the precision and discipline that define her work.

Over the years she worked in leading salons and projects, including Jacques Janine Augusta, Salão Ringo at Shopping Eldorado and Shopping Iguatemi, and the theatrical production Cabaré, where she prepared the wigs.

It was also then that her career as an educator took shape. Practical experience became shared knowledge, leading her to develop her own techniques and a geometry-based methodology for highlighting.

Recognised internationally by the OMC in 2019, the method has become one of the defining expressions of her career.

Today, based in Italy with more than five years of professional experience in Europe, Nanci brings together experience, competition, education and innovation to train professionals and develop hairstyling projects in different countries.
